「MyEdenred Taiwan」是由新加坡商宜睿智慧股份有限公司台灣分公司（以下稱「本公司」）所推出的電子禮券附加服務（以下稱「本服務」）。
為盡可能保護使用者的權益，使用者在使用本服務前請先詳閱本使用規約（以下簡稱「本規約」）以及「隱私權保護政策 」，並請確實遵守；若使用者無法遵守本規約內容、或對內容全部或部分不同意時，請停止使用本服務。使用者使用本服務即表示使用者已知悉、並完全同意本規約以及「隱私權保護政策」約定。有關本服務及本規約未特別規定之事項，仍適用本公司使用規約及各項公告內容。
若使用者是法律上的無行為能力人或限制行為能力人（如未滿二十歲的未成年人），則使用者使用本服務時，需得法定代理人（如父母、輔助人或監護人）同意，使用者才可使用本服務。當使用者開始使用本服務時，則表示使用者及使用者的法定代理人（如父母、輔助人或監護人）均已經閱讀、了解並同意受本規約拘束。

MyEdenred Taiwan is a service (the “Service”) associated with the Electronic Vouchers issued by Edenred Pte. Ltd., Taiwan Branch (“Edenred Taiwan”).
For User’s right, please read this terms and conditions (this T&C) and the privacy policy carefully before using the Service. Please do comply with this T&C. If User fails to comply , or disagrees with the content of this T&C, regardless fully or partially, please cease using the Service. It is assumed that the User acknowledges, and fully agrees with this T&C and the privacy policy upon the use of the Service. Anything related to the Service but does not specifically stipulate in this T&C shall be subject to other rules or notices published by Edenred Taiwan.
If User is considered a person with no or limited legal capacity by the laws (e.g., person who is under 20 years old), the approval of a guardian (e.g., parents, assistant) is required for the use of the Service Upon the use of the Service, User and his/her guardian are assumed to have read, understood and agreed to this T&C.

  • 定義Definition


    • 「MyEdenred Taiwan」：由本公司營運之特定應用程式，以提供使用者使用、兌換、查詢本服務。
      「商品或服務實際提供者」：係指本公司之合作廠商，使用者使用本服務兌換電子禮券後實際提供商品或服務予使用者之廠商。
      「使用者」：係指使用本服務之個人。
      「電子禮券」：係指使用者由本公司或本公司授權之任一管道取得之Ticket Xpress即享券，並將此存入MyEdenred Taiwan，使用者得藉由Ticket Xpress即享券兌換購買之商品或服務。

      MyEdenred Taiwan: an application operated by Edenred Taiwan and provides Users to use, redeem or check the Service on the application.
      Actual Provider: Edenred Taiwan’s contracting partner, who is the actual provider of product or service after User redeems the Electronic Voucher through the Service.
      User: an individual who uses the Service.
      Electronic Voucher: Ticket Xpress that is obtained by User from Edenred Taiwan or through any channels authorized by Edenred Taiwan and is stored in MyEdenred Taiwan. User may purchase the product or service through redemption of Ticket Xpress.
  • 服務說明與使用Article 2 The Explanation and Use of the Service


    • 使用者下載「MyEdenred Taiwan」，將從本APP內直接領券或本公司合法授權之其他管道取得之電子禮券存入後，並出示電子禮券向商品或服務實際提供者兌換商品或服務。
      本公司提供本服務不應解為對電子禮券所載之商品或服務提供任何保證，本服務之商品或服務係由商品或服務實際提供者所提供，如使用者對商品或服務實際提供者之商品、服務或其他交易標的物之品質、內容、運送、保證與瑕疵擔保等其他交易事項所生之爭執，應由使用者自行向各該商品或服務實際提供者尋求解決。
      如涉及MyEdenred Taiwan之使用、電子禮券之兌換等問題，使用者得洽本公司客服尋求協助。
      使用者須遵守電子禮券中規範之使用方式（例如：使用時間、每人使用限制、優惠期間等），使用電子禮券。
      本公司之商品頁面所記載標的物之名稱、價格、內容、規格、型號及其他相關資訊，為商品或服務實際提供者依照其所制定的條件，使用者可依持有之電子禮券兌換商品或服務，除商品或服務實際提供者有特別狀況、規定者外，使用時依商品頁面所載明之使用說明指示，將可享受完整優惠之商品或服務。使用者兌換電子禮券後，即等同於使用，不得再行退換該電子禮券。
      如使用者與商品或服務實際提供者進行聯繫或是額外產生交易時，所產生的買賣行為僅存在使用者與商品或服務實際提供者之間。若有任何交易上的爭議與賠償問題，本公司將不做任何相關擔保責任。
      使用者可能會因本服務刊載之商品內容而連結至其他第三人經營的網站，其他第三人經營的網站不屬於本服務可控制及負責的範圍，若使用者連結至非屬於本服務之網站所生之任何損害，本公司概不負責。
      本公司得視業務發展情形及使用者需求不定期推出新服務，當使用者使用新服務項目時，可能會須遵守服務提供者所另行公告之服務條款或相關規定，此另行公告之服務條款或相關規定亦併入屬於本服務條款之一部分。

      User may download the app of MyEdenred Taiwan, and receive the Electronic Voucher directly through MyEdenred Taiwan, or store the Electronic Voucher received through other channels authorized by Edenred Taiwan to MyEdenred Taiwan, and then purchase the product or service by presenting the Electronic Voucher to Actual Provider.
      Edenred Taiwan provides the Services that shall not be construed as providing any warranty or guarantee to the product or service stipulated on the Electronic Voucher. User acknowledges that the product or service are provided by Actual Provider, and shall seek for remedies with Actual Provider, if any disputes arising from or in relation to the quality, content, delivery, guarantee or warranty of defects of the goods, services or other subjects provided by Actual Provider or any other matters related to the transaction thereof in the Services.
      Any issues with regards to the use of MyEdenred Taiwan, redemption of the Electronic Voucher or so, User may request Edenred Taiwan’s customer services team for assistance.
      User shall comply with the terms and conditions provided in the Electronic Voucher (e.g., terms of use, restriction, or sales terms, etc.) when using the Electronic Voucher.
      The name, price, content, size, model or other information of the subject provided on the product page of Edenred Taiwan are all followed by the conditions set by the Actual Provider. User may obtain the product or service by redeeming the Electronic Voucher he/she held. Unless otherwise provided by Actual Provider, User will receive the full product or service if User follows the instruction provided on the product page. User acknowledges that once the Electronic Voucher is redeemed, User shall not claim for refund on such used Electronic Voucher.
      If User contacts Actual Provider directly or when additional transactions occurs, User acknowledges that such transaction shall be constituted between User and Actual Provider. Edenred Taiwan does not obligated to any disputes arising from or in relation to the transactions between User and Actual Provider.
      User may access to other websites operated by a third party through the product page posted in the Service.User acknowledges that the website operated by third party does not constitute the scope of the Service and is out of control or not responsible by Edenred Taiwan. Edenred Taiwan is not liable for any damages arising from or in relation to the website accessed by User that is outside the Service.
      Edenred Taiwan may provide new services based on business and the User’s needs from time to time. When User uses the new services, it may need to comply with additional terms and conditions, or other requirements provided by Edenred Taiwan. Such terms and conditions or requirements shall be construed as part of this T&C.
  • 使用者義務User’s Obligation

    • 使用者承諾並擔保絕不以任何非法或違反本公司規定之行為或方式使用本服務，並承諾遵守中華民國相關法律規範，如有以下情事，本公司有權停止提供服務，如導致本公司遭受損害，本公司將依法律規定予以處置：User acknowledges and warrants that, despite complying with the laws and regulations of the Republic of China, he/she will never use this Services in a manner of any illegal or incompliance with the rules of Edenred Taiwan. Edenred Taiwan may cease to provide the Services if User does any of the followings, and may further claim for compensation in accordance with laws if any damage caused:

      • 違反法律或本規約之行為；Violates laws or this T&C;
      • 冒用他人姓名、手機號碼或信用卡使用本服務，或輸入不實資訊者；Uses the Service by using other’s name, cell phone number or credit card, or by inserting false information;
      • 傳輸或寫入有害的電腦程式、郵件或病毒；Transits or inputs harmful program, email or virus;
      • 利用本服務所提供之付款工具從事不當交易；Uses the payment means provided in the Services for unlawful transaction;
      • 藉由本服務所取得之電子禮券從事不法套利、洗錢或詐欺等；或Uses Electronic Voucher obtained from the Service to engage unlawful benefit, money laundry or fraud; or
      • 其他本公司有正當理由認為不適當之行為。Conducts any other acts that shall be reasonably deemed inappropriate by Edenred Taiwan.
  • 服務的中斷或停止Pause or Cease of the Service

    • 本服務的利用僅依本公司當時可合理知悉的技術水準為前提，本公司並不保證使用者使用本服務時不發生暫停、中斷、故障或資料不當存取等錯誤。本公司得在未事前通知或公告下，採取中斷或停止提供部分或全部本服務等必要措施。若使用者因上開服務中斷或停止而受有損害，本公司恕不負擔任何賠償責任。The use of the Services is based on the technique that is reasonable known by Edenred Taiwan at the time it provides the Service. Edenred Taiwan does not guarantee that the Service will not pause, cease, malfunction or wrongfully stored the information during User’s use of the Service. Edenred Taiwan may pause or cease parts or all of the Service as a necessary measurement without prior notice or announcement. Edenred Taiwan is not liable for any damage caused by the abovementioned pause or cease of the Service.

  • 準據法、合意管轄Governing Law, Consensual Jurisdiction

    • 本規約及各該服務之相關使用規範及約定，均以中華民國法令為準據法，本規約依台灣法令解釋，若因本規約有涉訟之必要，使用者同意以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。This T&C and the respective additional terms and conditions for use are governed and construed by the laws of the Republic of China. User agrees that any dispute arising out of this T&C shall be subject to the first-instance jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court.

  • 本規約修訂與更新Amendment and Update of this T&C

    • 本公司得在自行判斷下，適時地變更或廢止部分或全部的本規約，本規約一經公告於本公司指定之網站即發生效力，不另個別通知，本規約修訂後繼續使用本服務之使用者，視為同意遵守最新之本規約。Edenred Taiwan may, upon its sole discretion, timely amends or annuls parts or all of this T&C. This T&C shall be effective upon notice on the website appointed by Edenred Taiwan, without additional notice to each user.User is deemed to agree to the newly amended T&C upon use of the Service.
